69 is a harmless Buchanan fan. After the Bears last few games who in their right mind would consider them above CW or even Bullard for that matter. That constant mantra that Buchanan is still # 1 only proves that 69 is a Bears die hard. Not by any means a team ranking analyst.

     I am sure 2007 regrets the Scary Good comment from the Coca Cola Classic tournament.  Both Ty Cobb and 2007 should have waited to declare victory...because every team has it's hiccups.   Last year's Buchanan team lost out of the starting gate to DII Frontier (who was actually quite good).

     I think the CN loss will make CW a better team.  They will probably play a more ruthless brand of baseball from here on out.  Predictions and proclomations do make for message board cannon fodder...I think 69 has been pretty good natured actually while rubbing some noses in "it".   I see the comparison to Bako-phats as unwarranted and off base.

     League is here and we might have a good feeling as to what will happen next Friday night!  TRAC baseball is always a good show!

I don't regret it. I never will. They are a good team. I never said they had it in the bag. I know all too well as a CW fan & former player that winning in February/March doesn't mean a championship in May. I still think they're the best team in the Valley.

     Lol....love that 22 year old confidence.....lets see what unfolds....should be a good show the next two months.  There are two TRAC teams that know Goliath can be beaten.  I am guessing the Scary Good thread's life has just been extended til the middle of May!

Wow that was a great post. No doubt we "declared victory" way too soon. I wish we could take back all those posts where we did that. I looked for them but all I found was posts that stated how good CW team is. Kind of like Baseball America, ESPN, Pag Meter, and Fresno Bee ....... I can't find any posts that said CW would never lose a game or a post that said no need to even play the games. Hang in there though I'm still looking. LOL!

CW has been waiting for this team for 4 years.   This year they are tearing through pitching staffs. I only see 2 or three pitchers in the valley that could hold them down.  Not to jinks their efforts but this team is a potential national championship calibur team.  They might be better than last years Buchanan team,

Are catcher blocked every ball tonight even the last WILD PITCH in the dirt to have it bounce off his chest protector to the right. They scord  1 run in 8 inns. But lets blame the catcher for the loss. You must have been a outfielder. Pathetic.

I am a former catcher. I'm also not blaming the loss on him. All I am saying is that has been an issue for two years now. Sorry you feel that way. You must be the father of the catcher. Don't worry, he'll only be placed elsewhere on field if he chooses to play at FCC next year or at some other JC.

Koretoff. Yes he played catcher but he wasn't the main guy. He DHed a lot because of an injury.
