Clovis West LB/TE Caleb Kelly picked up his third offer, this one coming from USC. Cal & Oklahoma are the other two. There will be more to come since he's just finishing his sophomore year. He's currently ranked 2nd overall in California in the class of 2016. 3rd in the nation at outside linebacker. 24th overall in the country. Those rankings are done by 247 Sports. It'll be interesting to see what goes on with this kid.

Lock down DB

Caleb plays with DB GURU 7on7 team his stock will rise even further! I honestly think he might be the #1 player from CA and top 25 in the country his senior year!!

Coach Josh

Kids a beast thats for sure. :u: great kid awesome family.

CWClassof2007

Fresno State has offered now. It'd be pretty awesome if he stayed home & played for the Bulldogs. But you don't even know if their staff will still be here when he starts college.

CWClassof2007

Notre Dame has offered today.

Wow that's awesome!!  :u: :u:

Jazz

I just looked him up on 247.  He just turned 16, still has some growing I assume.  6'2.5" 208, It doesn't get much better than the offers he already has a sophomore. Good stuff!

He will have some SEC offers by the time his senior year is here.

His offers so far have came from Oklahoma, Cal, USC, Fresno State, Notre Dame & now Arizona. Six before his junior year. It's going to be a fun couple of years.

gman

Dude is a MAN! I thought he was graduating this year only to find out he was a sophomore.  Definitely has the physical makeup he just needs to preform on the field.  Not to say he hasn't yet.

The Drillers also have offered him to come play, he has until June to decide....

Coach Josh

USC was at practice tonight filming Caleb & WR/S Darion Owens.

Did the Drillers seriously reach out to Caleb Kelly, or are you just messing around? Caleb Kelly at Bakersfield High.....I am just drooling over that possibility.

He's got on offer from the east coast now. The U!

This sounds like a good opportunity for their RB to get a couple looks too!!!!   :u:
Mike Jones.  Who?  Mike Jones.  281-330-8004

New Sherif in Town

Can' find a CW running back listed on any recruiting sites, but did find a ESPN mini bio with a few stats on Edwards but says his weight is only 170 pounds.  I think he is going to have to go off something major, like 2500+ yards and 35 or 40 TD's to get a look.  He's a good player and will help the cause big time, but might be a stretch for D1 football.  Unless they are talking about a different back at CW.
