FootballScoop.com says that Corcoran Coach has resigned & Lindsay Coach has been let go.

So now this makes Corcoran, Garces, & Lindsay so far. Are there any others in the Valley?

Its that time of year, you would think we will start seeing more openings in the coming weeks, but it could be a slow year in terms of coaching replacements.

I really wish cifcs.org would update their postings... Some of them are from 2013!

I'm curious why the two mentions of Selma that are not speculation have been removed from this feed.... Conspiracy much?

That job will go to JV HC Frank Manquero

Is he a teacher? Because that's what they're looking for according to EdJoin.

Please keep in mind, when concerning a mans job, profession, livelihood, cite an offical release from a district or a reputable news agency, not a rumor mill like footballscoop.  That place makes makes the worst days on Preps seem like a Walter Cronkite broadcast.

This is hypocritical. Not too long ago I witnessed this entire site bash on a coach that got a dui, another that got fired for yelling at a "legend" yet protected a coach that committed fraud. Now again I'm fine with whatever is expected from the admin and members but keep it consistent, not just when its a buddy or something close to home.

DUI's are a matter of public record. At the time the postings were deleted, the "alleged" fraud was just that, alleged......BigSkin has to protect himself.....

its really not that hard to grasp, if there is something that is fact and you can prove it you can post/talk about it i.e. public record. If its alleged its off limits. There was nothing hypocritical about what was said. Or can you not see the difference?

The point that I am making is that this whole thread started with something that was reported on football scoop so it would seem like fair game to mention what was said about Selma as well considering it is the same source. I am not attacking the man personally, just making an observation like anyone else. Technically the only job posted to edjoin as of today is the orosi job so the rest would be unofficial thus far. That to me is where the hypocrisy comes into play

yes, he teaches P.E. and is the A.D. at the Jr. High-El Monte. Not to mention an Orosi Legend, hopefully he can turn things around over there

Technically it started with a post about the Corcoran coach resigning.  That has been reported in multiple newspapers, unlike Selma, which has been reported nowhere reputable.  footballscoop is nothing more than BS speculation that someone pulls out of their ass and hopes a few come true.  Anyone can do that.  Hypothetically,  It's like if I say Tim Simons resigned at Clovis North.  Could it happen?  Sure.  Has it happened?  Nothing has been reported.  So, does that make it true? NO IT DOESN'T.  Maybe I should start a website like footballscoop.com and throw crap against the wall and see what sticks............Any money in it??????

christhepunter

I think footballscoop is pretty accurate and has become fairly reputable..........

Maybe the guy who hung 47 and 60 in the past two seasons over the top candidate.
