Ridgeview at Bakersfield High: Bakersfield 45-42

Sunnyside at Stockdale: Stockdale 35-28 finally gets a win.

Frontier at Liberty: Liberty 24-21 gets back on track

St. Bonaventure at garces: St. Bonny 49-0 running clock 2nd half or they would score 75

Centennial : BYE

Ridgeview
Stockdale - looking better every week... just need to put together 4 qtrs.
Frontier - I think Liberty is suffering from a lack of player-leadership in that senior group.  Frontier put up 30 on Ridgeview, and only lost that game by 7.
St. Bonaventure

Centennial BYE - These guys should be higher on people's lists.  They are looking stronger every week.. and that Cole Beaty kid is legit.  I count about 4-5 big-play makers on that team.

Ridgeview
Stockdale
Frontier
Garces - just kidding (sorry garces fans)

I am absolutely positive that Liberty will not lose this week.  They have a bye.  Frontier plays Central.

TeddyKGB

well if that is the case, I'll take Frontier over Central.

Ridgeview @ Bakersfield- 30-27 Ridgeview
I think they will eventually wear them down and make a stand at the end of the game to win it.

Stockdale @ Sunnyside- 28-17 Sunnyside
Not sure the Stang's know how to win yet. Road ahead is not easy either going into SWYL play

Frontier @ Central- Central 40-24
Cupcake schedule is over, only other win will be Garces.

St. Bonny @ Garces- SB 65-6
Gonna be over before the 2nd quarter.

BHS Fan

Ridgeview @ Bakersfield- 38-28 BHS
Who wants it?  I think BHS.  Golla has a way in big games especially at Griffith.

Stockdale @ Sunnyside- 28-27 Stockdale

Frontier @ Central- Central 40-28
Central could hand Frontier a whooping.  If Frontier gets down lets see how they handle it.

St. Bonny @ Garces- SB 64-0
It's already over.

Ridgeview at Bakersfield High (Ridgeview has looked good all year but at BHS I think they go down... Should be a good one)

Sunnyside at Stockdale (If Stockdale doesn't win this one we are in more trouble than I already think)

Frontier at Central (Not familiar with Frontier and Central has a lot to prove after the reschedule issue)

St. Bonaventure at Garces (Ouch)

Centennial : BYE

I think you are right Sonny, I don't believe that Stockdale knows how to win. They seem to play a solid first half and then come out flat, I suspect its one of two things: they play fueled with emotion the first half and their lack of depth just fizzles out (kind of like izne in Vegas on the 2nd night there) or the lack of experience from the staff shows and the they don't adjust or counter the potential adjustments by the opponents.

From what I understand they have a lot of 2 way players so they must run out of gas in the 2nd half. Staff inexperience is probably a big issue too. I think the head guy is like 27 and he has like 5 other guys on staff younger than him. I'd honestly be surprised if they won 2 league games. BHS, Liberty & Centennial are obviously A LOT better than them plus Frontier beat them last year with that awful team they fielded. Might only have one more win in them (Garces).

TeddyKGB

They are going to have a tough time in that league with a bunch of their guys going both ways, especially against the Drillers and Liberty. That lack of experience will hurt them in tight games.

Let's look at the SWYL

1.  Ridgeview beat Bako....Bako looks like they've played a tough preseason but not sure what's going on
2.  Sunnyside beat Stockdale...How did this happen?
3.  Frontier beat Central...Central is in transition.
4.  St Bon beat Garces...They might struggle again in league again.
