Ive heard Kingsburg hasn't filled the spot yet from a close source. I really don't know if any other openings but I'm sure in the next few years there will be some. Here's a list of guys ready to make the jump.

1. Brian Wilson (assisted Fontes, assists at CW, great fit anywhere)

2. Brian Oliver (great job with pitchers at central, Draft Pick High)

3. Storm Chandler (he is getting the right experience)

4. Alec Mehrten (does a great job for FPU, has recruited my son)

5. Jason Murrieta (brief stint at Madera, getting college experience)

6. John Sylvia (has been the glue at Buchanan for years)

7. Luis Vallejo (has helped at Kerman)

8-10 I want other ideas. I just like to give assistants praise because without them, it's hard to do well. Any other?

Quite a list McGlovin, I will add a couple more
First of all, I believe Wilson is umpiring full time now, so you can cross him off your list.

Two more names I'd add are:
1. Cesar Ortega- He's been coach Sirmarco's right hand man for 19 years, despite having many opportunities to leave.  I look for him to take over the Highlanders when Coach finally retires.

2. Paul Valenzuela- Former associate head coach at Kerman, does a great job with the Central Valley  Knights.  Waiting in the wings...

Storm could get a head job. He's young and has been around great baseball minds. I'd give him a few more years though. To echo Guru09, Wilson is umping and appears done with coaching. Sylvia will never leave Buchanan as he's too old and an essential statistician.

Sounds promising especially the first sentence...!

Does anyone know if Sean Silva is coaching anywhere

Silva works for his dad

Having a degree does matter. So 3 of the names mentioned are not getting a head coaching job unless school becomes desperate.
