Simply an uninformed statement. Few coaches have gotten more out of what talent they have had available to them, and Monache has had very little the last few years. They do, however, have the highest GPA of all teams in Tulare County and possibly the valley due, partially, to the coach having the right priorities...and I am not a Homer, my son plays for their rival but Coach Likewise is a hell of a high school coach

   I have known Coach Chris Likewise for over 20 years. He is a fine football coach and an even better person.

   He is also, one of the finest, if not the finest defensive minds I have ever coached against and/or  with. He can/could coach with me anytime  !!!!!!!!!

I have to agree with you!  I have only known coach Likewise for 5 years and he has been a great guy to work with.  Its a shame that he will no longer be the coach of the Marauders.

coach, I went back to verify, Porterville Recorder ran an article a year or two ago with the history of the game. MHS, under Likewise, won from 99 to 07.
