Surprisingly this event only drew 4,900 paid attendees. District officials expected 7,500. What was the cause for such a small turn out? There were double the Driller fans at the state game in Carson last year. The only thing I can think of is don't schedule this on Labor Day weekend. What do you think?

Simple,  it's Friday. ... There are a lot of games tonight.  They do it on a Sat.  It's packed.  Really bad planning on my opinion.   You make this a special event, with no other comp,  it's a big hit.

I get that Saturday would draw more. But Maybe BC wouldn't allow it or maybe they couldn't change from fri to sat so late in the making of this event. The BHs game didn't start till 9:15. Lots of hang ups. Long drive late night for oaks fans.
