Is it coincidence that he retired right around the time they said the school has two more years to get their act together to keep their accreditation.

Im no CCSF fan, but after 38 successful years of coaching, does it really matter?

thank you Glenn N flexmac3👍 That school is not shutting down cw class of 2007 ✊💥 I talked to the in coming coach and told him he needs to send a recruiter to the central section and also to the City County all star game 👏 start picking the the ones that don't go DI and wanna play for a state and national title 🏆in the JUCO ranks

Pit for recruiting in JR College you are only allowed to recruit in your destinated area. They only way SFCC could recruit the valley is if the kid makes 1st contact, if the kid makes 1st contact then the school can recruit him. At least that's what the rule used to be.

the football guy

Rules Changes last summer...its open ...a school can recuite anywhere in California without 1st Contact...Now The real Coaches who can Recruite and the schools who can get to bowl games will get top players

i dont Understand why Jr college  cant recuiter  out of state if  it  is 1 State over Like Nevada and Idaho

Look at the Players   in Valleyball and Softball   their small Jr college can Recuiter   in Our State but Not for Jr college   in California

If you Live  in Las vegas  Nevada  u cant recuiter the Kids when  u are jr college

the Kid has to Know Like COS and reedly  and Fresno city   by their self without a Student   or Parent  told the Kid  about the Jr college

when i attend COS  2 Year ago    i talk to foner Arthlic Dirocter   at COS   i told him  i can  Get Kids come here with the Program  COS got here from Fla and Geporgia and Alabama  when Kids got No where to go  in College      the AD  told me  i cant  b/c no student  of COS cant Spread the Drama bout COS  is a good School  to Attend there

the Kid have to heard bout Jr college  by her  or him self  to attend  Jr college  at CoS or Reddly  or Fresno city

that mean  if  i Live  in Georgia  and my Daughter want be softball  player  in California  we haveto contract  COS or Reedly or Fresno city

Not the school cant contract  your Son  or Daughter

The Eye in the Sky

A lot of times the D1 schools have a relationship with somebody at the JC level. They say hey this kid is going your way to get theiracademics in order and then he's coming to play for me. Not exactly how it how it works, but something to that affect. Basically a referal of sorts.
Coach- " So they're gonna let you run the ball this year huh."
Player-" If they wanna win they will."

the football guy

You can Recuite any where in California Now!!! Wont talk about out of state recruits...If you are not a JC Coach you dnt need to know how O/S kids get here..

Lock down DB

The football guy Nailed it!! you can recruit anywhere in the state by phone, email and social media. If they dont live in your boundary area then you can not talk to them in person unless they come to the school.
