No one has a comment about North's hire????

no one cares...it would be like commenting on the quality of McDonalds food or Kenny's last spelling test

North hired someone? Guess I missed it or really didn't care.

It's too bad that North has become a turnstile/revolving door. That was a once proud program when guys like Turk Eliades and O'Brien where coaching. We all know that the student population will account for a big percentage of the success but how does a school go thru 6 coaches in a 10 year period?

That is the problem at most if not all of the schools today Teddy.  The days of a school backing a coach through tough times are over.  It is just easier to let them go and find someone else.  The problem is that the someone elses are getting scarce.    If everyone is happy with you as a coach, parents, players, admin, then you are not doing your job.

The issue is that in today's society if things are happy, then something must be wrong.

:u:  You are SO RIGHT on that Coach !!! Exactly why I am NO LONGER in the Profession  :( I wish I was) HOWEVER the agenda of every parent / administrator / booster / board member / and drunk are now more important then the Program & the kids that the Program serves & once made into outstanding citizens of the very communities that are now destroying ALL that for the need of the individual  :d: my kid / my admin career / my reputation / my votes ALL seem more important today then the kids on the team & what they are SUPPOSED to LEARN by being a part of that TEAM !!!???!!  8)

Bronco, Force from my expirence with guys that are in admin in a work or social setting they are spinless idiots. What we all fail to rememeber is that in the KHSD they don't promote into admin based on merit, they interview and get the job based on that...
