Reedley is getting an outstanding young Football Coach in Brandon Nagle . He played Football for me at Clovis & started his Coaching at Clark. When we moved to Clovis North he came over & Coached at Granite Ridge . When the Bronco Program fully matured he became our Varsity LB Coach & when I retired he took over as Def. Coordinator. He has been playing that role for the last few years at Immanual  where he & they have continued to be very successful. He will get those Reedley kids excited to play the Game & they will be prepared to do just that every week !!! Congratulations Coach Nagle - I'm PROUD of you - now its time to go & DO it !! :)

Couldn't agree more Bronco, great coach with a great attitude who will be great for that Reedley program and their kids!!

Mitch Crossley was HC of Rio Rico (AZ)

I heard that Parlier hired one of the former assistants. Continuity and familiarity with the community are likely the main benefits there.

Curious...I thought they closed application process and had interviews a couple of weeks ago.

Exactly the opposite they should have done. They've went that route many times, and many times it wasn't beneficial. I knew someone who applied and got an interview, and he said they had their mind set back in March but had yet to announce it.

Crossley was head coach at Rio Rico in AZ 2009-11 and won 5 games in three years, according to maxpreps.  That's a bit of a reach for Lemoore unless he was somewhere else in between and was more successful.

Sierra was supposed to have a decision on the hc by yesterday (friday 5/20). Has anyone heard who they chose?

Did the Sierra job come with a teaching position?  They have had a tough time the past decade filling that spot for a permanent HC.

Sierra job has full time PE attached, and they have no one

Nobody applied or interviewed?

What a sad state of affairs for a program that was very successful in years past. The games we played against those guys were all out wars.
Coach- " So they're gonna let you run the ball this year huh."
Player-" If they wanna win they will."

Anyone got the names of the Parlier and Sierra coaches?

Chavez hired their O-Line coach not sure what his name is, but from what I heard he is going to continue running Quinn's O & D.

Who is going to be Quinn's new DC at North?  Have there been any movement within districts and coaching staffs?  Any big name assistant coaches jump ship?  To me those moves can be the biggest.  Spring ball is in full swing and just trying keep everyone's interest.
